ABSTRACT

Objective@#The study aims to explore the epidemiological characteristics of tuberculosis among students in Qinghai Province, to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of students tuberculosis.@*Methods@#Data on tuberculosis among students from 2016 to 2019 in Qinghai province were collected and epidemiological characteristics were analyzed, the spatial distribution map were drawn by using ArcMap 10.8.@*Results@#During 2016-2019, there were 2 691 reported cases of tuberculosis among students in Qinghai Province the reporting rate were 46.10/10 5, 68.50/10 5, 73.49/10 5, 85.96/10 5, increased year by year( χ 2=116.45, P <0.01). With a high incidence from March to September each year. The tuberculosis patients were mainly aged 18 years and above, with more reported female cases than male cases and more Tibetan cases. Most of students tuberculosis cases were reported in southern Qinghai, especially in Yushu and Guoluo areas, and sharp increase was observed in Xining during 2018 to 2019.@*Conclusion@#Students tuberculosis in Qinghai is still serious. Schools should strengthen education on tuberculosis prevention, especially those in southern Qinghai and Xining.

ABSTRACT

Though increasing attention is paid to the disruptive technology due to its characteristic, there are so many flaws with the mainstream identification methods for disruptive technology and there is no consensus among experts.By com-bining the findings of the research institutions both at home and abroad and their identification methods,and using such methods as literature and specialist consultation,the types of identification methods,differences in the research institutions of disruptive technology, future development direction and problems of the identification methods are analyzed.Some suggestions on the research of disruptive technology in China are raised for the next step.

ABSTRACT

Objective To explore the present situation of US a rmy's blood products and related medical equipment in order to provide references for likely equipment of the PLA.Methods US army's researches on blood products and related medical equipment were introduced,and the blood products and equipment assigned to the forces were analyzed from the aspects of background,approach,key technology,clinical trial,allocation and etc.Results US army gained advantages in the researches on blood and blood products,and also paid attention to field trials of innovative technologies and products.Conclusion The PLA has to emphasize on the researches on blood products and related medical equipment,and draws lessons from US army to test blood products and related medical equipment by filed training of the forces.

ABSTRACT

<p><b>AIM</b>To study the chemical constituents of the seeds of Ziziphus jujuba Mill var. spinosa (Bunge) Hu ex. H.F. Chou.</p><p><b>METHODS</b>To separate the constituents by using various kinds of chromatography methods and identify their structures on the basis of spectral analysis.</p><p><b>RESULTS</b>Seven compounds were isolated. Their structures were established as jujuboside E (1), jujuboside B (2), jujuboside A (3), betulic acid (4), stearic acid (5), sucrose (6) and inosine (7).</p><p><b>CONCLUSION</b>Compound 1 is a new compound named jujuboside E. Compounds 5, 6, 7 were isolated for the first time from this plant.</p>
